Just A Little Something Special

Today, I had the priveledge of teaching a Chapel service today to some very special people.

Oh, by the way (BTW for my texters), I'm sorry I've been gone from blogging for a while. Life in the Fall is so busy, plus the Lord has really been blessing my business.

So, anyway, I took the shortest verse in the Bible, "Jesus Wept," (John 11:35), to show my friends how, even though, Jesus was God in person, things such as death affected Him so much that Jesus Sobbed uncontrollably. I used it to illustrate how Jesus feels pain when we feel pain. He hurts when we hurt and He knows the pain the loss of a loved one can bring. The best part about this particular passage shows us Jesus' victory over death and pain. Just when you think and event is complete and total, Jesus can change it. You just have to give your life to Jesus.

So, how you feeling today? Has the economy hurt you? Has a friend hurt you? Perhaps, life is really painful right now. Jesus totally understands, and He wants you to give all that pain to Him.

If I missed you in church this Sunday, that really blows. If you didn't come, then you really missed out on an incredible blessing. Not to worry, Sunday is just a few days away. I'll See you in Church this Sunday!!
