I think we have forgotten. The news networks refuse to run ANY scene of the planes hitting the World Trade Center because of the emotional distress they believe it will cause us, but I believe they refuse to run the images because they hated what we were becoming...UNITED. A United States is strong in the world, but a divided USA is vulnerable to radicalism and calls of "what about ME."
I hate it!
9/11 took away our freedoms, our innocence, and our friends (even I lost one). I have copied a story from my friend's wife and widow, to which she dives into this very topic and does so very eloquently. By the way, church was awesome today. We had a few more decisions and did 4 more baptisms.
